Introduction

These terms govern your membership with Titanaplay and your use of the promotional offers, bonuses and rewards we make available. By creating an account you accept these terms in full.

Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals who meet the applicable minimum age requirement and who are permitted to hold an account under the rules that apply to them. Promotional offers are available to qualifying members only.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. One account per person is permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own promotional terms, which are published alongside the offer. Where promotional terms conflict with these general terms, the promotional terms apply to that offer.

Bonuses

Bonus value is promotional credit and is not a cash balance until all applicable conditions are met. Bonuses may be limited by amount, duration, eligibility or frequency, and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Wagering Requirements

Bonuses may carry wagering requirements that must be completed before associated funds become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, contribution rules and time limits are shown in the promotional terms for each offer.

Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. We may apply minimum and maximum deposit values and may request verification before funds are credited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity and payment verification is complete and after any outstanding promotional conditions have been satisfied. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Account Restrictions

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where we identify duplicate accounts, promotional abuse, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or a breach of these terms. Promotional value obtained in breach of these terms may be removed.

Responsible Gambling

We provide tools including deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion. Where a member self-excludes, promotional communications are stopped and promotional offers are withdrawn for the duration of the exclusion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible, and continued use of your account after an update indicates acceptance.
